01Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RaykoLabs Inc. ("RaykoLabs", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

02Description of services

RaykoLabs provides AI-powered demo and support agents that enable businesses to offer personalized, interactive product demonstrations and support to their website visitors 24/7. This includes an embeddable Voice Agent widget and an AI Demo Agent that run on customer websites. We create and manage accounts on behalf of our customers to deliver these services.

03Accounts

When you sign up for our services, we will create an account on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

04Pricing and payment

RaykoLabs offers a free pilot and paid, usage-based plans. By using a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees for the plan you select. Our Standard plan is billed per completed demo, with no seats and no minimums.
• The free pilot provides full product access for a limited period, after which continued use moves to a paid plan.
• Fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

05Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Upload malicious code or content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

06Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of RaykoLabs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us for use in your demos.

07Data protection

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. The data processed through the embeddable widget and Demo Agent on customer websites is described in our Visitor Data Notice. For customers, the binding terms for processing personal data are set out in a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between RaykoLabs and the customer.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaykoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

09Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
